Lately my mornings have been slower, cleaner and a little more intentional. I’ve been loving small rituals that make me feel taken care of before the day even starts, and these wellness shots have quietly become part of that rhythm. Nothing extreme or intimidating, just simple ingredients blended with a little care. I use my cold press juicer to make them and it’s become one of those kitchen tools I actually reach for. These are the three wellness shots I come back to again and again.

Classic Ginger Shot:
(Anti-inflammatory, boost immune system and supports digestion)
Ingredients:
– 2 oranges
– 2 limes
– 1 knob of ginger
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 16 oz of water
Velvet Boost Shot:
(Collagen production, anti-inflammatory and improves blood flow + circulation)
Ingredients:
– 10 strawberries
– 1 lemon
– 2 beets
– 2 knobs of ginger
– 1 orange
– 16 oz of water
Retinol Shot:
(Hydrating, supports digestion, and skin + eye health support)
Ingredients:
– 2 carrots
– 1 orange
– 1 lemon
– 1 knob of ginger
– 16 oz of water
How I Make It:
1. Add all of the ingredients to your juicer and juice until smooth.
2. Pour into a container of your choosing, give it a gentle stir and store in the fridge.
No juicer? A blender works too. Blend all ingredients until smooth, then strain before storing.
